If the motor of your Speck Swimming Pool Pump isn't turning, start by verifying that all power switches are on and that the fuse or circuit breaker in the power box is properly set. Also, with the power off, try to turn the shaft. If it doesn't spin freely, it may be jammed and require repair by an authorized repairer.
