a. Network: The front panel switch is locked and the selection mode is

a. OK (Green): Frequency inputs are monitored and all frequency outputs
are OK
b. Alarm (Red): Frequency inputs are monitored and at least one
frequency output is failed
c. Disable (gray): Frequency inputs and outputs are not monitored
2. ToD output
a. OK (Green): ToD inputs are monitored and all ToD outputs are OK
