  If the Spheros Water Heater stops because heat exchangers don't dissipate enough heat, it could be due to several reasons. The rate of flow might be too low because of air in the heater, heat exchangers, or system sections. Valves might be throttled, contaminated, or closed. There could be contamination in the system, especially in areas of restricted flow. The circulating pump's rate of delivery might be insufficient, possibly due to air in the pump housing. Check the wiring colors to ensure the correct sense of rotation (black + / brown -). Insufficient anti-freeze can cause slushing. Excessive system resistance, especially when cold, or a defective circulation pump could also be the cause.

  If there's no fuel delivery to your Spheros Water Heater, several issues could be at fault. The fuel tank might be empty. Check for kinked, closed, contaminated, or leaking fuel lines. Paraffin deposits or water might be captured in the fuel filter or fuel lines. The vent in the tank could be clogged. Ensure the fuel lines aren't interchanged. The fuel filter or the fuel screen in the pump could be contaminated.
