The water level (B) integrated in the housing enables an exact, hori-
zontal drilling.
The round water level (C) integrated in the housing enables an exact,
vertical drilling.
The electronic switch (D) is optimized to enable a continuous adjust-
ment of the rotation speed and / or impact energy to all possible wor-
king conditions (plaster, tiling, brick, concrete).
The further you press the switch, the higher the rotation speed and /
or impact energy.
Having inserted the tool in the tool fixing and put the function selector
switch (H) in the right position, press the tool against the support and
operate the electronic switch (D).
To stop the tool, release the electronic switch (D) while holding the tool
firmly on both handles.
The SPIT 352 is equipped with a safety clutch which allows only a
reduced speed in case of blocking. It is adjusted in a way, so the safe-
ty clutch will not react too easily even when working with large core
drill bits.
Therefore the machine needs to be held concentrated on both han-
dles (I) and (E) and a safe stand (e.g. not on a ladder) has to be as-
sured.
The SPIT 452 is equipped with a switch lock. This feature guarantees
a comfortable chiselling since it is not necessary to press the electro-
nic switch (D) during the work.
To activate the switch lock, press the switch (D) completely (1), then
lift up (2) and clamp (3).
Just press the switch (D) a second time to unlock.
For normal working without the switch lock, just press the switch (D)
without lifting it up.
