3. EXERCISE MODE ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
4. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE:
Step 3:
Insert round pin (41) to the back hole (as following picture shown)
to make pedal running left and right direction while wresting your
waist.
Note: Most of the parts have been pre-tted at the factory as your
stepper is 98% assembled and almost ready to use.

REAR HOLE: UP& DOWN MODE - Insert pin into the front hole
shown,thenyoucan exercise under up & down mode.
FRONT HOLE: LEFT&RIGHTMODE - insert pin intothe rear hole
shown,then you can exercise under left & right mode

HOWTO INSERT THE PIN INTO FRONT/REAR HOLE?
Press the pedal with both hands, make two pedals on the same
level.
Then you can insertthepin into front or rear hole
1. After opening, install an AG13 battery.
2. If the display is blurred after a long time of use, please replace
the battery.
3. Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
