Why are the nozzles not spraying on my Spraying Systems Co AutoJet 1000+ Control Panel?
    • C
      cprinceAug 2, 2025
If the nozzles on your Spraying Systems Co. Control Panel aren't spraying, first check the nozzles and cords for shorts and ensure the nozzles aren't clogged. Then, check the trigger on the diagnostics page for your channel. When triggered, you should see a '1' for that input. If not, inspect the trigger or sensor wiring/installation. If you're using your own sensor, verify it's wired according to the wiring diagram and is NPN style.

What to do if the sensor light is on but the nozzle doesn't spray on Spraying Systems Co AutoJet 1000+ Control Panel?
    • C
      cindy74Aug 6, 2025
If the light on the sensor of your Spraying Systems Co. Control Panel lights up, but the nozzle doesn't spray, ensure your recipe is set correctly with a timing mode and values for spray initiation. Also, check your spray delay value. For example, a value of 200 seconds means the nozzle won't spray until after that delay.

Why is the green light indicator not lit or flashing on my Spraying Systems Co AutoJet 1000+ Control Panel?
    • T
      Timothy GarciaAug 10, 2025
If the green light indicator on your Spraying Systems Co. Control Panel is not lit, check the power at the wall or the internal fuse on the DIN rail, and replace it with an MDA-5-R, 5 amp, 1/4"x1- 1/4", ceramic, slow blow. If the light is flashing green, a system fault is present. Look on the HMI for the active fault and clear it. A flashing green light may also indicate a low tank; fill the tank for channel A or B and clear the fault from the screen.
