How to fix no milk froth produced by Springlane Kitchen Appliances?

  If the appliance is switched on and runs, but no milk froth is produced, check if a stirring insert is inserted into the milk container. Also, make sure you are using the correct stirring insert. To produce froth, the ribbed insert must be placed into the container. Ensure that the stirring insert is centred and fits snugly on the mag- net holder at the bottom of the milk container.

  If the operating button has been pressed, but the signal light stays off and the appliance does not start, check the following: * Ensure the power cable and appliance plug are correctly connected to the socket and are not damaged. * Verify the general power supply to the socket. * Make sure the appliance cooled down sufficiently after previous use and that you observed the prescribed capacities, as the overheating protection may be blocking the start.

  If the appliance takes an unusually long time to complete the programme and warm and froth milk, make sure that the maximum filling capacity is not exceeded. Also, check the color of the signal light at the start of the programme – if it lights up white, you are using the pro- gramme for drinking chocolate, with hotter milk and longer running time.
