Why is there too much bubble pouring out of my SPT Beverage Dispenser?

  Too many bubbles when pouring from your SPT Beverage Dispenser can occur for several reasons: * Improper pouring technique. * The beer temperature is too high (ideally, it should be 3-5°C). * The keg was shaken prior to use. * The keg is nearly empty. * Excessive pressure within the keg. To resolve this, use the correct pouring technique, cool the beer to 3-5°C, let the keg settle if it was shaken, replace the keg if it's almost empty, or reduce the pressure by adjusting the pressure knob towards the “-“ direction, or close the knob.

  If the tap on your SPT Beverage Dispenser isn't working, it could be due to: 1. A poor connection with the pouring tube or a cut-off CO2 supply. Reconnect the pouring tube and CO2 supply. 2. An empty keg. Replace with a new keg. 3. An empty CO2 cartridge. Replace with a new CO2 cartridge. 4. A closed CO2 pressure regulator knob. Turn the CO2 pressure regulator knob to the “+” position.

  If beer flows too slowly from your SPT Beverage Dispenser, it may be because: 1. The CO2 pressure inside isn’t high enough. Adjust the pressure knob to release more CO2 pressure or replace the CO2 cartridge. 2. The connection or pouring tube is leaking. Check the tube for leaks and replace it if necessary.
