Lap Belt in Side Seat
2. Insert the metal latch
plate into the buckle un-
til it clicks.
3. Position the belt as low
as possible across
your hips, not across
your abdomen.
4. To unfasten the seat
belt, press the button
(B) on the buckle.

from the retractor in-
stalled at side bottom of
the seat.

1. Pull out the latch plate
from the retractor in
the side pocket.
2. Insert the metal latch
plate into the buckle
until it clicks.
3. Position the belt as
low as possible across
your hips, not across
your abdomen.
4. To unfasten the seat
belt, press the button
(B) on the buckle.
HOW TO FASTEN THE SEAT BELTS IN SECOND ROW SEAT
* Refer to the procedures in front seat.
• Put the lap belt as low as possible across the hips. Do not put it across waist. In an accident,
the belt may pressurize on your abdomen. This may also result serious internal injuries.
• Make sure that the latch plate is inserted into a correct buckle.
