WASHER FLUID
Front Washer Fluid Reservoir
Rear Washer Fluid Reservoir
Frequently check the washer fluid level and add the speci-
fied product as needed.
The washer fluid includes flammable materials to prevent freezing. There could be a fire when di-
rectly contacted with flames. When checking the washer fluid, avoid the flames near to washer
fluid tank.
WARNING
• If you use plain water as washer fluid, it will freeze during the winter and damage the washer
fluid reservoir and motor. Use only specified washer fluid.
• Check the washer fluid level before starting to drive.
• Do not operate the wipers when the washer fluid reservoir is empty. It may cause a damage
to the glass when it is dry.
• Do not use radiator antifreeze in windshield washer. It can damage the washer system and
paint.
• If you operate the washer switch without washer fluid, the motor could be damaged due to
overloads. Therefore, if no washer fluid, do not operate the washer motor.
• Fill washer fluid tank only 3/4 full when it is very cold. This allows for expansion, which
could damage the tank if it is completely full.
