Kiln temperature not increasing as required after 1 hour on full power.

Error 2

Thermocouple or thermocouple wiring open circuit.

Thermocouple reversed, indicated by negative temperature readings.

Kiln temperature too high after 30 minutes on zero power.

Kiln temperature overshoot, exceeding desired temperature by at least 10°C.
