4100PT PROGRAMS
Speed intervals:
Workout contains 8 alternating rest intervals with 7
exercise intervals. The user defines weight, exercise interval intensity, rest
interval intensity and total workout time. Since there are 15 total
intervals, each will be 1/15 of the total time. Default settings are exercise
intensity = 10, rest intensity = 4 and time = 20 minutes. During the
workout, the user may adjust the rest and exercise intensity independently,
which is saved for the remainder of the workout.

Constant heart rate:
Workout maintains a chosen target heart rate by
automatically changing intensity level during the workout. The user defines
weight, target heart rate and total workout time. Default settings are
target heart rate = 125 BPM and time = 20 minutes.
