Operation

Loading Clips

Clips are loaded into the magazine by pulling the follower back and inserting clips with the single ear forward.

Installation & Air Supply

Air Supply and Hose Connection

Recommended air pressure is 80-110 PSI. Attach hose with a quick-disconnect fitting, using a wrench on the valve assembly.

Maintenance

Daily Oiling

Apply a drop or two of oil in the air inlet and on the blade daily.

Driver Blade Greasing

Grease the front of the driver blade when the tool is disassembled.

Bolt Tightening

Ensure bolts are tightened as necessary for proper tool function.

Blade Slot Cleaning

Use wire to clean tape from the blade slot.

Driver Blade Return Issue

Driver blade not returning freely; check for binding or replace O-ring.
