TIPS ON USING
1. The working time of the hot melts can be extended to
fiftyto sixty (50 to 60) seconds by applying the adhesive
inlarge drops (1/2” diameter) or shortened to less than
ten(10) seconds by extruding the adhesive in a thinline.
2. Large areas are difficult to bond because the
adhesivefrequently will harden before you have extruded
therightamount.
3. Preheat surfaces, (especially metals) to improve
bondstrength. Direct sunlight will accomplishthis.
4. The adhesive remaining in an unheated glue gun willremelt
uponheating.
