Why won't my Stanley Inverter engine start?
- CCharles OliverAug 3, 2025
If your Stanley Inverter's engine won't start, there might be several reasons. First, the oil level might be too low, triggering a safety cut-out; check the oil level and top it up if necessary. Another possibility is a fouled spark plug; try cleaning or replacing it, ensuring the electrode spacing is between 0.6 and 0.7 mm. Also, make sure you have enough fuel and that the fuel valve is open. Finally, a low battery voltage could be the culprit, so try charging the battery.
