Do not attempt to jump start your vehicle more than 
three consecutive times. If the vehicle still does not 
start, consult a qualified service technician. 
When cable is correctly connected to both 
battery and booster: Green LED blinking; 
“Fake” high battery voltage is detected, but reverse 
charging protection did not activate. You can turn key 
to jump start the vehicle. 
 
4.2.  Smart cable LED and Alarm behavior 
 
 
 
Stand-by mode  
Cable is connected to booster only. 
Smart cable is only connected  to  the  vehicle        
(without connecting the booster). 
Vehicle battery voltage is between 13,5V and 17,2V. 
Jump Start Ready mode 
Cable is connected correctly to both battery and 
booster. 
Auto shut-
off, due to inactivity (more than 120 
seconds). Disconnect the booster from the vehicle 
battery, then restart from Jump Start Step 1. 
Voltage limit protection 
Wait for 30 seconds to let voltage going up, and 
disconnect either clamps to auto reset.  
High temperature protection 
The Smart cable will reset automatically. 
Smart cable is only connected  to  the  vehicle        
(without connecting the booster).
