Mayonnaise
4 egg yolks
4 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. White wine vinegar
Salt, pepper
250ml olive oil
Mix the egg yolks with the spices on
level 2 and stir in gently the olive oil
through the refill opening in the lid.
Beat for about 1 minute.
Herb Sauce
2 sweet pepper, cut
2 handful herbs (parsley, chives, cher-
vil, lovage, basil)
1 – 2 garlic cloves
10 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Lemon juice
Salt, pepper
4 boiled eggs, chopped
Mix all ingredients at level 1 to 3. Then
add the eggs.
Pineapple- Corian-
der Sauce
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut
2 tsp. ginger, grated
2 little chili, cut
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
40g fresh coriander
2 tbsp. Sherry
2 tbsp. Honey
2 tsp. Soy sauce
Mix all ingredients at level 1 to 4.
Tuscan Bread Sauce
1 big onion, cut
6 garlic cloves
½ cup almonds
3 slices of white bread
1 can whole tomatoes
3 tsp. Olive oil
2 chili, cut
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 cup vegetable stock
1 tsp. Paprika spice
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. ground pepper
Roast gently oil, garlic and onions on
level . Add the almonds and mix
an level 1 for about 15 seconds. Add
the other ingredients and mix & cook
for about 10 minutes. Then mix the
soup on levels 1 to 4 gently.
