Temperature
o The display shows 200°C.
o The temperature can be adjusted with the +/- button in steps of 20°C from
60 to 240°C.
o The temperatures are indicative. The sensor measures the temperature at
the bottom of the pot, if it is not even or too thick, the temperature is af-
fected.
o Cooking with temperature levels is recommended for frying in a pan.
Timer
o Press the timer button, the display shows “0”
o The time can be adjusted with the +/- button in steps of 5 minutes from 0
to 180 minutes.
o If the set time should be changed during the cooking, chose the timer
function and change the time with the +/- buttons in steps of 5 minutes.
Security
∙ If the cookware is removed from the hob, the appliance turns to stand-by after 30
seconds. A signal sounds and E0 flashes in the display.
∙ If only the temperature or power setting has been made, the unit turns off auto-
matically after 2 hours.
Residual heat
∙ After turning off the device the display shows:
∙ H the temperature of the plate is above 60°C
∙ The ventilation of the device runs for a couple of minutes after the device has been
turn off. Unplug after the ventilation shuts off.
Child lock
∙ Press the button. All buttons, except on/off are locked.
∙ In order to unlock, press the button for some seconds.
