Cleaning and maintainance:
∙ Pull the plug befor cleaning and allow the device to cool
before cleaning. Never immerse the electrical part of the
device into water.
∙ Clean the plates with soapy water.
∙ Wipe the entire device with a damp cloth. Do not use abra-
sive cleaners or metal objects as this damaged the non-
stick coating.
∙ For cuts and scratches on the coating, resulting from the use, no
guarantee can be made.
∙ Due to grease vapors may discolor the surface.
Before the first use:
Oil the grill slightly before the first use. Then heat up the device for ca 10 min with
closed plates without food. Afterwards clean the plates with a humid cloth. Do not
use agressive cleaners to avoid damages to the non-stick surface.
Open the device only in a 90° angle, otherwi-
se the hinge will break.
