To install the OIR, stretch the end of the retaining strap over the retaining stud
located on the bottom of the housing. Repeat the procedure by stretching the
loose end of the retaining strap over the stud located on the top of the housing.
CAUTION
DO NOT over adjust the adjusters by forcing them beyond their end of travel.
NOTE
Always move the adjusters slowly, once click at a time, to prevent the adjuster
from jumping detents.
In extreme cold temperatures the adjusters may offer more resistance.
