      If the POINT beam on your Steiner Measuring Instruments cannot be zeroed to the weapon, first ensure that the Quick Release Mount is correctly positioned and secured. If the laser is loose on the rail, try repositioning it on a different part of the rail or moving it to a different rail altogether. Replacing the rail on the weapon might also help. Also, check the mount base for any corrosion or dirt and clean it as necessary. If the problem persists, notify Unit Maintenance.
