  Temperature fluctuations in your Sterlco Temperature Controller can occur due to several reasons: * Undersized connectors or water lines: Increase their size. * Long connecting lines: Shorten them by moving the unit closer to the mold. * Serpentine flow through the mold: Connect lines for parallel flow. * Blocked line in the mold: Check and clean the mold for any obstructions. * Quick disconnect fitting with check valve: Replace the fitting or valve. * Carbon build-up: Clean or replace affected piping and replace the fluid. * Faulty Sterlco TCU: Check the unit by opening the manual bypass to see if the TCU controls the set point temperature. * Reversed probes: Switch the Return and Delivery probes.
