  If the brine tank of your Sterling Water Dispenser is overfilling or not drawing brine, consider the following: * Check and tighten the nuts at both ends of the brine line. * Make sure the brine line is correctly connected to the safety brine valve, not the overflow fitting. * Verify that the softener drain line isn't connected to the brine overflow elbow or drain line. * Inspect the DLFC Assembly, BLFC Assembly, injector, and injector screen for any obstructions. * Resolve any issues with the drain line, such as blockages, kinks, or improper installation. * Ensure the brine line flow control button (BLFC) and piston brine stem are present. * Clean out the brine tank if it's dirty.
