C. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any problem with this tool, please follow these solutions. If you
cannot resolve your problem, please contact our service agent.
1. Motor does not run:
• Check mains connection cable and circuit-breaker (fuse)
•
Start on short grass or on an area which has already been mown
• Clean discharge channel/housing (the mowing blade must rotate freely)
• Correct the cutting height
2. Motor loses po
wer:
• Correct the cutting height
• Clean the discharge channel/housing
• Have mowing blade re-sharpened/replaced (customer service center)
3. Grass box is not lled su
ciently:
• Correct the cutting height
•
Allow the lawn to dry
• Have mowing blade re-sharpened/replaced (customer service center)
• Clean the grille on the grass box
• Clean the discharge channel/housing
4. Wheel drive does not function:
•
Adjust the exible cable
• Check theV-belt/gears
•
Check the drive wheels for damage
