- The oater switch is in
the low position (current
switched o)
- The oater mechanism is
blocked.
- Ensure that the electric
current is on.
- Raise the oater
- Shake the oater
- Check the water height

The pump is not
draining
- The intake pipe is clogged
- The outlet pipe is clogged
- The turbine is blocked
- Presence of an air bubble
- Clean the intake pipe
- Clean the pipe
- Disassemble the base and
clean the turbine
- Tilt the pump to let out the
air bubble then put it back in
vertical position
