9. WARRANTY

That the issue is not a matter of normal wear and tear.
g
That required maintenance and repair works have been performed correctly.
g
That no deterioration has taken place as a result of incorrect setting of the carburettor
g
That there has been no forcing, improper handling, unauthorised use, or accidents
g
That no deterioration has taken place due to overheating, resulting from clogging of the
ventilator block.

That no work has been done on the product by an unskilled person, and no incorrect
repairs have been attempted.

That the tool/battery/charger have never been disassembled or opened.
g
That the tool/battery/charger have never been in a wet environment (dew, rain,
submerged in water...)
g
That no incorrect parts have been used, parts not made by STERWINS, whereas they
prove to be the cause of deterioration
g
That the tool has not been used improperly (overloading the tool, or use of non-approved
accessories).
g
That no damage has resulted from external causes, or foreign bodies such as sand or stones.
g
That no damage has resulted from non-compliance with safety recommendations and
use instructions.
The product must be used under normal usage circumstances, and for non-professional
purposes. Therefore, excluded from this warranty are products used by landscaping companies,
local authorities, as well as companies oering paid rentals or free loaning of equipment.
