If your Stiga Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner is running roughly, it might be due to several reasons. The device could be contaminated, requiring a cleaning as described in Section 9.5. A blockage in the broom could also be the cause; in this case, remove the blockage as detailed in Section 9.3. Another possibility is contaminated broom drives, which would also necessitate cleaning as per Section 9.5. If the height adjustment is set too low, causing excessive contact pressure on the plate brooms, adjust the height according to Section 7.2. If the plate brooms do not rotate, contact Service.
