1. Stroke Reset
After the initial assembly of the desk or if the display shows either of “E10, E20 or E60”,
press the
button for 5 seconds until it shows , the desk will automatically
move down to the lowest and rebound back up. The learning process & stroke reset
is then finished and will display the lowest height
2. Lifting
The desk will go up and down when pressing
or .
3. Height memory setting
Move the desk up or down to a desired position. Press the
button after which the
display will blink, then press a numeric key ( ) to save the desired height
to the corresponding preset position. The display will stop blinking and exit the memory
mode if there is no numeric key pressed within 5 seconds.
Once you have saved the desired you can press that numeric key to automatically
move the desk to the saved height.
4. Setup Mode
1. Press and hold the
button for 5 seconds, display will show “S--" and blink.
2. Press the button to move through the below setup menu functions,
then press
to select menu, and press "S" into menu.
Unit
: Display height on screen in centimeters or inches;
Brightness : Brightness of the controller;

Function Description

The STÍLFORD Electric Height Adjustable Desk is designed to allow users to easily adjust the height of their desk to a desired position, promoting ergonomic working conditions. It features an electric lifting mechanism controlled by a user-friendly interface. The desk incorporates several protection features to ensure safe and reliable operation, including block protection, overheat protection, motor fault protection, overload protection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, and out-of-step protection.

Usage Features

Stroke Reset:

This feature is crucial for initial setup or when the display shows error codes like "E10, E20, or E60." To perform a stroke reset:

  • Press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds.
  • The display will show "rE5."
  • The desk will automatically move down to its lowest position and then rebound back up.
  • The learning process and stroke reset are complete when the display shows the lowest height position (067).

Lifting:

Adjusting the desk height is straightforward:

  • Press the up arrow button to raise the desk.
  • Press the down arrow button to lower the desk.

Height Memory Setting:

The desk allows users to save up to three preferred height positions for quick adjustment:

  • Move the desk to the desired height using the up or down arrow buttons.
  • Press the "M" button. The display will blink.
  • Within 5 seconds, press a numeric key (1, 2, or 3) to save the current height to that preset position.
  • The display will stop blinking, indicating the height has been saved.
  • To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding numeric key (1, 2, or 3), and the desk will automatically move to that position.

Setup Mode:

The setup mode allows customization of various desk settings:

  • To enter setup mode, press and hold the "M" button for 5 seconds. The display will show "S--" and blink.
  • To navigate through the setup menu functions, use the up and down arrow buttons.
  • To select a menu item and enter it, press the "M" button.
  • To go back to the previous menu or exit setup mode, use the backspace key (often represented by an arrow pointing left or a similar symbol).
  • To switch between options within a menu, use the tab switch button (often represented by a square or similar symbol).
  • To confirm the current operation, use the enter key (often represented by a checkmark or similar symbol).
  • If no numeric key is pressed within 20 seconds, the setup mode will automatically exit.

Setup Menu Functions:

  • Unit (Un):

    • Description: Selects whether the height is displayed in centimeters (CM) or inches (Inch).
    • Navigation: Use the up or down arrow buttons to choose between "CM" and "Inch."
    • Selection: Press the "M" button to confirm and save the selection. The system will exit after 2 seconds.
  • Brightness (br):

    • Description: Adjusts the brightness level of the controller display.
    • Navigation: Use the up or down arrow buttons to choose between "Low," "Normal," and "High" brightness levels.
    • Selection: Press the "M" button to confirm and save the selection. The system will exit after 2 seconds.
  • Beep (bEE):

    • Description: Turns the beep sound on or off.
    • Navigation: Use the up or down arrow buttons to choose between "Off" and "On."
    • Selection: Press the "M" button to confirm and save the selection. The system will exit after 2 seconds.
  • Collision Force (CF):

    • Description: Sets the sensitivity of the collision protection.
    • Navigation: Use the up or down arrow buttons to choose between "Off," "Light resistance," "Normal resistance," and "Heavy resistance."
    • Selection: Press the "M" button to confirm and save the selection. The system will exit after 2 seconds.

Maintenance Features / Protection Codes and Warnings

The desk is equipped with several protection mechanisms to ensure safety and longevity, indicated by specific error codes on the display:

  • E16 - Block Protection:

    • Cause: The desk is tilted, or an object is obstructing its movement.
    • Troubleshooting:
      1. Ensure the desk is on a flat surface. If tilted, adjust it.
      2. If "E16" flashes for 5-10 seconds, remove any obstructing objects. Then, press the up or down arrow button to adjust the height.
      3. If "E16" persists, unplug the desk for at least 1 minute. Check all cable connections as per the assembly instructions. Plug the desk back in and perform a stroke reset (press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds until "rES" appears).
  • HOT - Overheat Protection:

    • Cause: The desk has been operated for an extended period and has overheated.
    • Troubleshooting: Wait for "HOT" to disappear and a number to show on the screen. The desk will resume normal operation once cooled down.
  • E10 - Motor Fault Protection:

    • Cause: A motor connection issue.
    • Troubleshooting: Power off the desk. Check and confirm that the connections between the motor and controller are correct as per the Assembly Instructions. Power on the desk and perform a stroke reset (press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds).
  • E20 - Overload Protection:

    • Cause: The desk has exceeded its intended weight capacity.
    • Troubleshooting: Remove excess objects from the desktop. Power the desk off and on again, or perform a stroke reset.
  • E31 - Undervoltage Protection:

    • Cause: The desk is receiving insufficient voltage.
    • Troubleshooting: Power off the desk. Ensure the voltage is correct (110V to 240V). Power on the desk and perform a stroke reset (press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds).
  • E32 - Overvoltage Protection:

    • Cause: The desk is receiving excessive voltage.
    • Troubleshooting: Power off the desk. Ensure the voltage is correct (110V to 240V). Power on the desk and perform a stroke reset (press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds).
  • E60 - Out-of-step Protection:

    • Cause: The motors of each leg are not at an identical height, or their connection to the controller is incorrect.
    • Troubleshooting: Check and ensure the motors of each leg are at an identical height and that their connections to the controller are correct as per the Assembly Instructions. Power the desk off and on again. Press the down arrow button; if "E60" is still displayed, perform a stroke reset (press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds).
