  If dirty water or mineral deposits are coming out of the soleplate of your Stiroplus Iron, or if the soleplate is dirty, it's likely due to calcium particles and minerals in the water depositing in the steam holes or inside the appliance. Clean the soleplate with a damp cloth. You should also descale the appliance by following the instructions in the “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” section.

  If water drops are coming out of the soleplate of your Stiroplus Iron, it might be because you're using steam at the second temperature setting or lower. When steam ironing, make sure to turn the temperature dial to within the steam section, as shown in the TEMPERATURE DIAL section.
