Why does my Stoelting CC Commercial Food Equipment show a High Torque Error?
    • S
      Stephanie HernandezAug 19, 2025
The High Torque Error on your Stoelting equipment indicates the controller has detected the drive motor running at 125% of the service factor amps (SFA) for 10 or more seconds. To resolve this, turn the Freezing Cylinder Off/On switch to the OFF position. Allow the product in the barrel to thaw to a reasonably soft consistency, then return the switch to the ON position. If the error continues, contact your Authorized Stoelting Distributor.

What to do if my Stoelting CC Commercial Food Equipment custard is running too soft?
    • T
      tracey80Aug 21, 2025
If the custard from your Stoelting equipment is running too soft, several factors could be responsible: * The flow might be too high. Decrease the flow, and allow about a minute to see a change. * The refrigeration system for that barrel might be set too warm for the mix. Call Stoelting service department for assistance with adjusting the setting. * The condenser on the remote unit might be blocked. Check for any blockage and clean it if necessary. * If it's a water-cooled machine, the water may be shut off. Make sure the water is connected and turned on. * The refrigeration system may not be functioning correctly. Call Stoelting service department.

What to do if my Stoelting CC Commercial Food Equipment has a Run Time Error?
    • D
      Dwayne MartinAug 23, 2025
A Run Time Error on your Stoelting equipment can occur if the cutout value isn't reached during Standby Mode, or if the Ready signal doesn't activate in Custard or Italian Ice Mode. Here are some steps to troubleshoot: * Check the mix level in the hopper and add mix if it's low. If the mix may have broken down, clean and sanitize the machine and replace the mix with fresh product. * Thoroughly thaw the mix following the manufacturer's recommendations. * Check for ice crystals by pouring a small amount of product from the mix container through a clean and sanitized sieve or strainer. If the error persists after these steps, contact your Authorized Stoelting Distributor.
