What to do if my STOK Grill has a grease fire?
    • F
      Felicia AdamsJul 29, 2025
If you experience a grease fire or continuous excessive flames above the cooking surface of your STOK Grill, it's likely due to grease buildup in the burner area. Turn off the control knob and remove the hood, allowing the flames to extinguish. Once the grill is cool, clean it thoroughly.

      Lisa BakerAug 4, 2025
If you smell gas from your STOK Grill, it could be due to a valve leak. Remove the LP cylinder immediately and check for a damaged valve. Perform a leak test, referring to the Testing Valves for Leaks in the Assembly section.

What to do if I detect a gas leak from my STOK Grill cylinder?
    • P
      Patricia AnthonyAug 10, 2025
If you detect a gas leak from the cylinder or another connection on your STOK Grill, it could be due to improper installation and loose connections, or mechanical failure. First, try tightening the fittings and refer to the Testing Valves for Leaks in the Assembly section. If that doesn't solve the issue, the LP gas cylinder may need to be replaced due to rusting or mishandling.

Why won't my STOK Grill burner light?
    • A
      Autumn LewisAug 15, 2025
There are a couple of reasons why your STOK Grill burner might not light: * The LP gas cylinder could be empty. If this is the case, replace the LP gas cylinder. * The ignitor wire could be loose, dirty, or not connected. Try reconnecting the burner electrode wires or replacing the ignitor wire assembly. You can also clean the wire and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, and tighten all connections.

Why is my STOK Grill heat decreasing and making a popping sound?
    • J
      joshua18Aug 22, 2025
Decreasing heat or a popping sound in your STOK Grill can be caused by two things: 1. The LP gas cylinder is empty - replace the LP gas cylinder. 2. A build up of grease - clean with a soft bristle brush or scraper.
