Do not remove or modify any of the product labels.
The HPM basic moisture measuring device is not a toy.
Always keep it out of the reach of children.
Do not use the device in the presence of children or allow
children to operate the device.
Do not position the device so that a person may deliberately
or accidentally come into contact with measuring needles.
Do not use on metal and/or energised surfaces, such as steel
sheets.
Always switch off the device and attach the protective cap
when it is not in use.
Never attempt to repair or disassemble the device. If unqua-
lified persons attempt to repair this device, the consequen-
ce could be serious injuries. Any repair work required on the
moisture measuring device must be performed by STORCH's
authorised after-sales service.
Do not operate the device in explosive areas, for example, in
the vicinity of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
Use of accessories that have been designed for other moi-
sture measuring devices may result in serious injury.
Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Electronic devices must not be disposed of as household
waste, they must be supplied to a special disposal process
within the European Union as per Directive 2002/96/EC of
the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL dated 27
January 2003 concerning electric and electronic waste. Plea-
se dispose of this device as per the valid statutory regulati-
ons after use. Batteries must not be disposed of as house-
hold waste, they must be supplied to a special disposal pro-
cess within the European Union as per Directive 2006/66/
EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL
dated 6 September 2006 concerning batteries and rechar-
geable batteries. Please dispose of batteries as per the sta-
tutory regulations.
