BASIC OPERATION
WARNING! DO NOT OPERATE A 6DS-SP WITH AN UNLOADED
CARRIER IN THE MACHINE!
A carrier which is loaded on a spindle may not clear an
unloaded carrier sitting on a load or cleaning station.
During bridge and shuttle moves, loaded carriers can collide
with unloaded carriers, causing machine damage.
Therefore, always remove loose carriers from the
machine before taking any action that will cause
machine motions.

and complete an auto polish cycle. The sections following provide detailed
steps or appropriate references for each.
1. Power Up.
2. Perform Home Sequence Routine.
3. Place Carriers on Spindles.
4. Retrieve a Stored Recipe.
5. Run Auto Polish Cycle.
