(AUTO) POLISH PARAMETERS MENU
The Auto Polish Parameters Menu permits entry of the polishing step
parameters.
At this menu you may also set the number of wafers to be polished and start
an auto polish cycle without returning to the Auto Polish Menu. Thus, you
may make polish parameter changes and start an auto cycle without ever
having to exit this menu.
If the machine is polishing, the current polish step and remaining time for
that step will show at the top of the menu. If not polishing, "0" will show for
both the step and remaining time.
