7. Check the adjustment by reading the cassette sensor input status for the
left send elevator at the Diagnostics Menu:
GOAL: When the cassette sensor arm is down, Input 37 should
display ON.
(right send elevator = Input 38)
(left receive elevator = Input 39)
(right receive elevator = Input 40)
a. If the goal is met, repeat for each of the other three elevators.
b. If the goal is not met, make corrections by repeating the adjustment
procedure above.
D. WHEN SATISFACTORY ADJUSTMENT IS ACHIEVED
• Rehome the machine.
Note: If doing all four elevators at the same time, wait to rehome until all four
switches are adjusted.
RIGHT SEND ELEVATOR
• Repeat as for left send, making appropriate substitutions as shown in the
text above.
LEFT RECEIVE ELEVATOR
• Repeat as for left send, making appropriate substitutions as shown in the
text above.
RIGHT RECEIVE ELEVATOR
• Repeat as for left send, making appropriate substitutions as shown in the
text above.
