LOAD STATION ALIGNMENT
Notes:
This procedure centers the load stations under the spindles.
Be sure to perform the BRIDGE Load Position Calibration procedures in
the Software Calibration Procedures chapter of this manual BEFORE
beginning the load station alignment procedures below.
A. BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Tools Required
• 9/16-in. socket wrench
• straight edge
• precision scale (accurate to .03125 in.)
Turn Machine Power On, Perform Home Sequence Routine, and Place Carriers on
Spindles
Follow the procedures detailed in the Operator Functions chapter of the 6DS-SP
Operations manual.
