C. ALIGNMENT PROCEDURE
1. Note the direction(s) in which the load station bucket(s) to be adjusted
must be moved to achieve correct positioning.
2. Close all machine doors.
3. At Page 2 of the Manual Control Menu select Left Spindle Up/Down
and choose Up to raise the left spindle.
4. Select Right Spindle Up/Down and choose Up to raise the right spindle.
5. Open the Left Front Operator Door.
4. Using a 9/16-in. socket wrench, loosen the four hex head bolts at the base
of the load station by rotating them counterclockwise.
Rotate each until just snug.
5. Based upon the measurements and direction notations made above, tap
the load station(s) as needed to reposition to meet the goal.
6. Recheck the alignment of each load station at all four points.
7. Repeat the process of checking and aligning as needed, until front, back,
left, and right gaps meet the goal when measured.
8. Retighten the four hex head bolts of each load station until firm by
rotating them clockwise.
9. Close all machine doors.
10. Lower the spindles and remeasure:
a. Repeat Steps 3. through 8. in Section B., above.
b. If needed, repeat the adjustment procedure until the goal is met for
each load station.
