SLURRY SYSTEM
PERISTALTIC PUMP LINE
REPLACEMENT
The peristaltic pump lines require replacement as they do collapse in diameter or
break over time from the constant squeezing action.
Line Replacement Procedure:
1. Turn the machine power to OFF by pressing the red <EMERG OFF>
button located on the control panel.
2. Turn off the slurry diaphragm pumps at the pump valves, located at the
right rear of the machine.
3. Open the Polish Area Right Side Operator Door.
4. Open the pump head by popping the retainer clip off.
5. Loosen the two hose fittings mounted on the manifold, beneath the
pump head.
6. Remove the fittings from the tubing.
7. Remove the tubing from the pump head.
8. Replace with a new section of tubing.
