Cond Device Motor On/Off
Turns the conditioning brush motor on or off.
If the programmable arm is installed, the
rotation speed will be whatever is entered in
the Conditioning Parameters Menu.
Cond Arm Up/Down
Raises and Lowers the conditioning arm.
Cond Arm Move
(programmable arm)
Park
Inner Position
Outer Position
Cond Arm Move
(non-programmable arm)
Left
Right
Off
Programmable Arm: Moves the arm to the
Park, Inner, or Outer positions for the
programmable arm. The arm must be up and
the bridge must be out of the way to move to
the park position.
Non-programmable Arm: The arm can be
moved to the left, right, or turned off. If not
turned off, the arm will not stop and will run
into its limits.
Cond Force
(arm must be down)
Sets the conditioning down force. The arm
must be down.
Left Spindle Up/Down
Right Spindle Up/Down
Raises and lowers the spindles.
Left Spindle Vac On/Off
Right Spindle Vac On/Off
Turns spindle vacuum on and off. Will not
turn vacuum off if the spindle is up and a
carrier is detected by means of the vacuum
switch.
Left Spindle Force
Right Spindle Force
Causes the spindle force entered to be applied.
The spindle must have first been lowered with
the Spindle Up/Down choice.
Table 1 Speed
Table 2 Speed
Sets table speeds. If the polish door is opened
and closed, rotation will stop and not restart
unless the value is re-entered.
Left Spindle Speed
Right Spindle Speed
Sets spindle speeds. If the polish door is
opened and closed, rotation will stop and not
restart unless the value is re-entered.
Note: Anything involving a servo system for either moving or safety checking
prior to moving requires that the servo system be homed.
