Consider the following guidelines when installing this appliance.
This appliance is intended to be used in a free-standing installation only. Do not
recess it or build it into a cabinet.
Place the appliance on a surface that is capable of supporting the weight of the
appliance when it is fully loaded.
The appliance should be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet. This
provides the best performance and avoids overloading the house wiring circuits,
which could cause a fire hazard.
Ensure that there is at least 5" of space between the back and sides of the cooler
and any nearby walls or furniture to allow sufficient air circulation to cool the heat
sink.
This appliance uses thermoelectric refrigeration technology (no compressor) and is
not designed for use in hot areas, such as garages, warehouses, or outdoors. It
should be installed in a location with an ambient temperature between 72 ~ 78°F
(23~ 26°C).
Do not install this appliance in direct sunlight.
Do not install this appliance in moist areas.
INSTALLATION
1. Once the cooler has been placed in its intended location, plug the power cord into a
nearby AC power outlet. Ensure that the power cord does not present a tripping
hazard.
2. Open the lower door, then install the shelves.
3. Close the doors, then use the Controls to set the temperatures as desired. Allow the
cooler to operate for 2-3 hours before placing any items inside.
