ADJUST SADDLE/SEATPOST
Tip: Place rear wheel between knees while kneeling on floor to
steady the bike.
1. Loosen Quick Clamp, Set saddle at
proper height (child should be able to
sit on the bike with both feet flat on the
ground with just a slight bend in their
legs).
2. Tighten Quick Clamp. Seat should be
held firmly in place.
Note: After installation, if handlebar or seat are not
held firmly in place, and still move, please see Quick
Clamp adjustment procedures outlined below.
Quick Clamp Adjustment: If clamps are not tight enough to hold saddle or handlebars firmly in
place, open the lever, tighten the bolt slightly with your thumb and forefinger (or allen wrench),
then re-close the lever. Repeat until some effort is needed to close clamp all the way. If, after
adjustment, the clamp is too tight and lever won’t close, open lever and loosen the bolt slightly,
then re-close the lever. Repeat until clamp closes firmly. Allen wrench included if needed for initial
clamp adjustment (See Fig. 10).
