hours.

ball-bearings
and the
approprlate oil. retainlng
felt rings
should be
replaced,

additional olling
is not necessary
and should
therefore
be avoided.
lmportant:
All
other moving
parts
of the recorder
such
as the
guide
rollers
are
lubrlcated
for Iife
(
app.
20,000 hours
of operation)
and
need no
speclal
servicing. If any of the
bearings become
noisy
before this ]ength
of time, these
faulty
bearings
should be replaced.
