Check that the inlet water pressure is at least 1 bar. Verify the transformer is plugged into a live socket. Also, the system will not start if the pressure tank is full; it needs to be roughly half empty. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the transformer, solenoid valve, intake pressure switch, or tank pressure switch may be faulty and require replacement.

  If no waste water flows during the operation of your Stulz Water Filtration System, check if the waste water hose (red) is kinked and remove the kink. If the hose is not kinked, the flow restrictor may be faulty and require replacement.
