What to do if my STX evolution Electric Steamer has no steam production?

  If your STX Electric Steamer isn't producing steam, there are several possible causes: * Ensure the unit is plugged into a grounded electrical outlet. * Make sure the steamer basket is properly covered to engage the safety switch. * Check that there is adequate water in the tank, add water if needed. * It may be due to steamer delay protection. Wait approximately 25 seconds for steam to be produced.
