Usage Features:

The heater can be set to (00) to use the flame effects without the heat. The thermostat is adjustable by 2°F or 1°C increments via the heater button on the control panel. To change between °F and °C, press and hold the HEATER button on the control panel for 3 seconds. The heater can also be turned on/off by the remote thermostat setting.
  • Timer: The timer button allows setting the operating duration for 30 minutes, 1 hour, or up to 9 hours, or off (00).
  • Remote Control: The device comes with a remote control for convenient operation of all functions. The remote requires two AAA 1.5V batteries.
  • Assembly: The assembly process involves aligning mounting tabs into a bracket, sliding legs outward to lock in place, and fastening legs to the base using included screws. Estimated assembly time is 5 minutes. A Phillips screwdriver is required.

    • Display shows "E3": Manual Reset overheat protection has triggered. Corrective action: Inspect heater and check air inlets/outlets are not blocked. Unplug for 30 minutes, allow to cool down. Replug and operate. If problem persists, discontinue use and contact customer service.
    • No power, buttons do not light up: Power cord not plugged into outlet. Corrective action: Check plug.
    • Stove does not turn on manually: Improper operation. Corrective action: Manually press main power button from front of unit.
    • Defective power switch: Replace power switch.
    • Flames are not moving: Defective flame generator drive motor. Corrective action: Replace flame generator drive motor.
    • Logs glow, but no flame effect: Flame effect turned off. Corrective action: Press flame button several times.
    • Heater does not blow warm air: Thermostat setting is preventing heater from turning on. Corrective action: Adjust temperature settings.
    • Heater is not turning on: Improper operation, defective heater/blower assembly. Corrective action: Manually press main power button or replace heater/blower assembly.
    • Not producing enough heat: Power strip/surge protector / extension cord being used, location of unit. Corrective action: Plug unit directly into wall, make sure unit is located in an interior wall.
    • Unit blows cool or cold air/Unit blows cool or cold air: Defective heater blower motor. Corrective action: Replace heater/blower assembly.
    • Noise with heater on: Dirty heater blower motor, defective heater blower motor. Corrective action: Gently vacuum heater blower vents, replace heater/blower assembly.
    • Noise with flames on and heater off: Dented back panel, warped spinner shaft. Corrective action: Refer to TSI customer service, replace warped spinner shaft.
    • Is it safe to place unit on carpet?: Product Inquiry. Corrective action: It is safe to place unit on carpet, but make sure any flammable items are at least 3 feet away from front and sides of the unit.
    • How many square feet will my unit warm up?: Product Inquiry. Corrective action: Provides supplemental heat up to 1000 square feet.
    • Flame effect works but heater function does not, and the flame effect flashes when the heater button is pressed: The heater is disabled. Corrective action: With the power on, press and hold the POWER button on the control panel for 10 seconds. Once re-enabled, the flame effect will flash multiple times.
    • Remote control is not working when buttons are pressed: No batteries or battery power, poor signal, distance. Corrective action: Change the remote batteries, operate remote transmitter at a slow measured pace, press the remote control buttons with an even motion and gentle pressure, repeatedly pressing buttons in rapid succession may cause the transmitter to malfunction, operate the remote at a distance less than 20 feet from the front of the appliance, point the remote at the control panel.
  • Battery Replacement (Remote Control):
    • Do not mix old and new batteries.
    • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc), or rechargeable (nicad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
    • Do not ingest batteries.
    • Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
    • Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
    • Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
    • Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
    • Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
    • Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
    • Remove used batteries promptly.
    • Battery disposal: Dispose of batteries at a suitable recycling point.
  • Replacement Parts: A list of replacement parts is provided, including Main Circuit Board, Receiver Circuit board, Control Panel Circuit Board, Handle, Thermostat Sensor, Stove legs, Back Flame Circuit Board, Front Flame Circuit Board, Flame Generator Drive Motor, Heater/Blower Assembly, and Remote control. Customers can call customer service for parts.
  • Warranty: The manufacturer warrants the new Electric Stove to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product. It is non-transferable and applies to the original owner. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service. The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s). The warranty excludes installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise. The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as provided by law. All other warranties – expressed or implied –with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the manufacturer are hereby expressly excluded.
