6. Attach the child restraint fixing clip to
the child restraint upper anchorage and
tighten the upper anchorage strap. For ad-
ditional instructions, refer to the “Child re-
straint upper anchorages” section in this
manual.
7. To remove the child restraint system,
press the release button on the seatbelt
buckle.
NOTE
When the child restraint system is no
longer in use, remove it and restore the
ELR function of the retractor. That
function is restored by allowing the
seatbelt to retract fully.

If using ALR mode is not recommend-
ed in the manufacturer’s instructions,
supplied with the child restraint sys-
tem, use the lock-off lever or the lock-
ing clip instead of using ALR mode.
