Troubleshooting
Some malfunctions can be easily resolved. Before calling customer service or a repair professional, please
consult the
following table.
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSES & SOLUTIONS
Vibrations/The appliance
seems to be making too
much noise.
Ensure the appliance is leveled correctly and adjust feet if necessary.
Make sure to properly position the shelves of the appliance within
their grooves to minimise noise.
The door does not close
properly.
Ensure the appliance is leveled correctly and adjust feet if
necessary.
Adjust shelves or contents that may obstruct proper door closure.
Ensure lock & locking plate are in the correct position.
Water under the device.
Check for correct water collection in the drip tray at the back.
Confirm the drip tray is in place and empty it as required.
Check the drip tray is not damaged/cracked.
If the appliance is disconnected from the power supply to
perform defrost the drip tray may overflow with excess water.
The light doesn’t work.
Check the appliance is connected to a power supply.
The circuit-breaker is tripped, or a fuse is blown.
The LED lighting may need replacing.
The light button is switched to the "OFF" position.
Conditions Not Indicative of Malfunction:
During periods of high humidity, moisture may cause dew to form on the exterior of the appliance exterior
glass. Wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth to remove the dew.
Normal operational noises may result from the flow of refrigerant through the refrigeration circuit.
Elevated temperatures on the product's sides are a deliberate aspect of the appliance's functioning,
strategically designed to prevent condensation.
If the power cable is damaged, replacement must be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent, or
a qualified technician to prevent potential hazards.
