Usage Features

Remote Control: The fan is operated using a dedicated remote control.
- Fan ON/OFF: A dedicated button to turn the fan on or off.
- Light ON/OFF: A dedicated button to turn the light on or off.
- Fan Speed: Five adjustable fan speeds.
- Nature Wind Mode: This mode automatically adjusts fan speeds to simulate a natural breeze. It can be activated when the fan is already running at a certain speed. Pressing any other button will cancel this function.
- Rotation Direction (Summer/Winter Mode): The remote control allows switching between clockwise (summer) and counter-clockwise (winter) rotation.
  - Summer Option (Downward Airflow): Creates a refreshing effect by pushing air downwards.
  - Winter Option (Upward Airflow): Pushes warm air near the ceiling downwards, helping to distribute heat and potentially reduce heating costs.
- Timer: Allows setting the fan to turn off after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. Any button press after setting the timer will cancel it.

Synchronization: The fan and its remote control are factory-paired. However, in case of a remote control malfunction, resynchronization is possible. For multiple fans in the same area, users can synchronize several fans to a single remote control by following a specific procedure: turn on the power to the desired fans, then within 10 seconds, press the "FAN OFF" button on the remote for 2-5 continuous seconds. A "beep" sound confirms successful synchronization.
Installation Requirements:
- Installation should be performed by a certified electrician.
- The mounting bracket must be securely attached to a ceiling structure capable of supporting at least 30 kg.
- Screws must be threaded into the ceiling by at least 30 mm.
- The fan blades must be at least 2.3 meters above the floor.
- A minimum clearance of 30 cm must be maintained between the fan blades and any walls or obstacles to ensure efficient airflow and prevent collisions.
- The fan's ground wire must be connected to the electrical installation's earth network.
- Do not connect the fan's power supply to any regulating elements or potentiometers other than the provided control, as this can damage the motor. A circuit breaker ensuring multi-pole disconnection must be installed.
- Avoid using the fan simultaneously with gas installations in the same room.
- Do not insert objects into the fan blades while it is rotating.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:
- Regularly clean the fan to maintain its appearance.
- Do not use water for cleaning, as it may damage the motor or wood, or cause electrical shock.
- Use only a soft brush or a lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. The veneer is sealed with a lacquer layer to minimize discoloration or loss of shine.
- The fan motor has permanent lubrication and does not require oiling.
Fastening Checks:
- Due to natural movement, some connections may loosen over time.
- Check the mounting bracket connections, fastening parts, and blade accessories at least twice a year to ensure they are securely tightened. Retighten if necessary.
Troubleshooting (Remote Control Malfunction):
- Verify all connections are correctly made.
- Ensure the remote control has new batteries.
- Confirm all main and isolation switches are ON.
- Perform resynchronization of the receiver and remote control if necessary (only if the remote is malfunctioning, as they are factory-paired).
Troubleshooting (Blade Balancing):
- If excessive wobbling is observed, use the provided blade balancing kit. Instructions for using the kit are available on the Sulion website or via a QR code.
- Note that some wobbling (up to two centimeters) is normal for ceiling fans and does not indicate a malfunction if properly installed.
Warranty Information:
- Sulion guarantees the correct functioning of the equipment for up to 3 years from the date of sale for manufacturing defects.
- The LED diodes have a 5-year warranty.
- The DC fan motor has an 8-year warranty.
- The warranty does not cover minor complaints like normal operating noise, as all electric motors generate some noise.
- Operating the fan with loose components or deformed blades due to aggressive cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
- The warranty is void if the fan is installed with a wall controller or solid-state dimmer other than the supplied remote control.
- The warranty is void if the fan is not installed by a certified electrician or if used outdoors or in damp/wet environments.
- The warranty does not cover increased noise perception at night due to quieter ambient surroundings or power supply fluctuations.
- The fan's lighting system (except for rare manufacturing defects) is not covered by the fan warranty. Noise and vibrations may increase when the light is on, and a loose light diffuser can cause a slight buzz.
