WARNING!
• Product must be fully assembled before use.
• When used as a booster seat, always use the restraint system and the chair attachment
system and ensure they are correctly fitted before use. Always check the security and the
stability of the chair mounted seat on the adult chair before use. Do not use the chair
mounted seat on stools or benches.
• NEVER lift this product with your child in it.
• Do not use this product if it is damaged or broken.
• For use on a chair of minimum dimensions 46.0 cm (W) x 46.0 cm (D) x 15.0 cm (H).
• Check that both the floor and seat of the chair are level before installing the booster seat.
• Only use accessories or replacement parts approved by Summer Infant.
• Always keep child in view while in product.
• PREVENT FALLS: Never use near stairs. Never use on any elevated surface.
• To avoid tip over, place product on a flat level surface.
• Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around child's neck,
such as hood strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over product or attach
strings to toys.
WARNING! Prevent serious injury or death from sliding out,
falls, or tipping over.
• Always secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat
without help (about 2½years old). The child should be secured in the booster seat at all
times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• NEVER allow a child to push away from table.
• ALWAYS check security of fit to adult chair before each use.
• Do not use in motor vehicles.
• Use ONLY by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
CAUTION: KEEP SMALL PARTS OUT OF CHILD’S REACH.

Product Assembly and Use Precautions

Ensure product is fully assembled before use. Always use restraint and chair attachment systems correctly. Check seat security and stability.

Safe Usage Guidelines

Never lift product with child in it. Do not use if damaged. Use on chairs with minimum dimensions. Always keep child in view.

Fall and Tip-Over Prevention

Never use near stairs or elevated surfaces. Place on a flat level surface to avoid tip-over. Strings can cause strangulation.

Serious Injury Prevention

Always secure child until independent. Never leave child unattended. Ensure child cannot push away from table.

Assembly and Use Instructions

Stage 1: Infant Support Seat

Unbuckle child restraint straps, place child in seat, secure buckle, and adjust for a snug fit.

Stage 2: Floor Time Activity Seat

Assemble tray sections, slide into seat track, rotate to lock, attach front section, and insert toys.

Stage 3: Booster Seat

Remove tray, locate chair straps, secure straps to seat, place booster on chair, and secure with straps.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To Clean

Wipe with warm, soapy water and rinse clean. Wipe with a clean wipe cloth.

Maintenance Checks

Please check the following before each use: Make sure the toys are securely attached to the tray at all times.
