Step 1:
1. Lubricate all threads and O-Rings with hydraulic fluid before installing fittings
into manifold valve. All ports are ¾-16 SAE straight thread. Do not use
Teflon tape or pipe dope.
2. Install Female ISO quick couplers in ports 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B.
3. Install Male ISO tips to eccentric fittings
4. Install Male tip/eccentric fitting has a unit onto the manifold body ports P1
and P2 with the jam nut towards the valve. Do not tighten until you adjust
the spacing to fit your tractors SVC port
Step 2:
Install manifold valve assembly into your tractor’s
remote outlet:
1. Adjust male tips and insert into the remote outlet
2. Push valve firmly into place using the SCV release
lever where necessary.
3. Tighten jam nuts to 35 ft-lbs once valve is seated
in SCV
Connects to ISO Male Tip
This end connects to manifold
ports P1 and P2
Install directly to Tractor’s SCV or
Remote outlet
